Bill pay mobile broadband billing works the exact same way as a mobile phone– you have an assigned bill day and usage refreshes at midnight of your billing day.
For example -a customer whose billing date is on the 15th of every month would have their new allowance come into effect at 23:59 on the 14th.
The bill days on Meteor are 5, 10, 15 and 25. If you would prefer to change your billing day, you can do so as long as your account is fully paid to date. You can change this date by speaking with a member of our customer care team online. You can also view our alternative methods of contact.
