I received a text which says my data's run out?
First thing’s first – it’s important to determine if all of your data has run out.
If you’re availing of more than one allowance –e.g. you have a plan that includes data, and an Add-On on top of that – it’s possible you’ve received a text about one of your allowances ending, while you still have loads left in the other!
Text Balance Data to 50104 – this text will give you the total summary of all of your remaining allowances.
