Why have I not received a bill in the post?
New customers are automatically signed up to paperless billing. This means that instead of receiving a bill in the post you receive your bill online every month. We send you an email when your bill is available to view. Please make sure to keep your email address up to date. If you change your email address please make sure to update it in MyMeteor.
You will be able to access a maximum of 12 months of bills in MyMeteor so if you need to access them for a longer period of time we recommend that you save them offline. The number of bills you can see builds up from your registration date - for example, if you registered 3 months ago, you would be able to see 3 months of bills.
