I paid my bill but my balance hasn’t updated in MyMeteor?
The “Payment due” amount which shows in MyMeteor is the amount of your last bill. It doesn’t take into account/deduct any payments you’ve made (by any method – Online, Post Office, Online Banking etc.) since your last bill issued. To check your up to date payment balance call 1905 and select option 1.
While the payment due option doesn’t update Online to show a deduction in the amount you paid we do receive your payment immediately.
