How does Top Up Direct work?
Top Up Direct can be used by Meteor Pay As You Go and Bill Pay customers. Non-Meteor customers can also top up a Meteor Pay As You Go phone.
You will need to set this up initially by logging into MyMeteor here or by calling 1740, selecting option 1, then option 3. The set up process involves choosing a password for using Top Up Direct in the future, and registering your payment details.
Note - If your bank details change you will need to register your new card details. We recommend deleting your old card details from 1740
