Can I switch my paper bill back on again? How long does this take?

 

Yes, simply log back in to MyMeteor and select ‘Paperless billing OFF’ under ‘Last Bill’. You’ll need to accept the terms and conditions and click submit. You’ll then start receiving your bill in the post.

After switching back on paper billing you’ll continue to be able to view and analyse your billing information online. You will also continue to receive a text message reminder to let you know when your bill is available.
