How can I change my payment details?


You can set up, cancel, or change your Direct Debit details by logging into MyMeteor.

Please note it can take approximately 72 working hours for your Direct Debit details to update. You will only be contacted if there is an issue with your application. You can check the status of your Direct Debit by logging in to MyMeteor.

You may have to make one payment by an alternative method before your first Direct Debit is taken from your bank account.  This is because your direct debit may not have been accepted in time to take payment for your last/existing bill.
