Are there benefits for new customers?
Thanks for joining us. There are a couple of things we recommend doing in order to ensure you’re getting the maximum value out of the network!
Register with MyMeteor* – you can send 400 FREE Webtexts every month (100 of them internationally) and pretty much manage your account from start to finish. Pay a bill, top-up, analyse your usage – there’s a tonne of things you can do with your account online!
Communication is key: You can opt into receiving communication from us when you register your details:
- If you opt into email we’ll send you our quarterly e-zine which features competitions and keeps you up to date on everything happening in the world of Meteor
- If you opt into SMS we’ll let you know about free credit offers, new price plans, when you’re due an upgrade (on Bill Pay) etc.
- If you opt into receiving calls we’ll give you a shout to see how you’re getting on!
Pay As You Go customers will need to make three chargeable calls before you can register for MyMeteor and all customers will need their PIN (this can be found on the back of your SIM pack).
