How can I activate premium calls on my account?

 

Bill Pay customers are not automatically set up to make premium rate calls. You will need to have paid two bills before we can activate this service.

If you would prefer to have this activated immediately, you can make an advance payment of €60 by contacting our customer care team. This payment will be applied as a credit on your account which will be off-set against future payments on your bill.

Alternatively you can make this payment in any Meteor Store or by sending us a bank draft or postal order, payable to Meteor. Please include your Meteor mobile number on the back.

Please note you can reinstate the bar on your account at any time just by contacting us.
