When will I receive my first bill?
This depends on the date you connect to Meteor. When you join Meteor you’re given a 'bill day' which determines what day your bill will issue, and most importantly - when you’re given your fresh allocation of calls, texts or other usage each month.
Your bill should be ready approximately 3 working days after this date every month, and your fresh allocation of usage starts at 23:59 of the previous day. For example - a customer whose billing date is on the 15th of every month would start their new allowance at 23:59 on the 14th.
The bill days on Meteor are the 5th, 10th, 15th and 25th. If you would prefer to change your billing day, you can do so as long as your account is fully paid to date. You can request this by speaking with a member of our customer care team online.
